The 123rd Annual Dinner to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hudson County was held on April 7, 2016 at the Liberty House Restaurant.  Nearly 400 people joined us in honoring "Brian’s Kids", Brian’s Kids, as special recipients of the Brian C. Doherty Community Service Awards. We welcomed home some of Hudson County’s greatest players:

Rashon Burno: Winner of 4 Consecutive Boys & Girls Club AAU State Championships * Member of the 1996 St. Anthony High School State & National Championship Team * Played at DePaul University * Presently the Assistant Coach at Arizona State under Head Coach Bobby Hurley, Jr.
Carlos Cueto: 1990 National AAU Tournament Most Valuable Player as the point guard of the National Championship Team * Member of 1991 & 1993 St. Anthony High School State Champion Basketball Teams.
Ned Felton: Member of the 1989 Boys & Girls Club NJ Biddy Basketball State Championship Team * Member of The 1990 Boys & Girls Club ‘State & National AAU Championship Team * Member of the 1993 & 1995 St. Anthony High School State Championship Basketball Teams.
Anthony Perry: Winner of 4 Consecutive Boys & Girls Club AAU State Championships * Member of the 1989 St. Anthony High School State & National Championship Team * Played at Georgetown University.
Tennyson Whitted: Member of the 1994 Boys & Girls Club Biddy Basketball State Championship Team * Member of the Boys & Girls Club AAU State Championship Team which finished 4th in the nation * St. Anthony High School Varsity Point Guard Class of 1999* Inducted in the Ramapo College Basketball Hall of Fame * Presently a New Jersey State Trooper.

Special recognition was given to the Club's 1991 AAU National Champion Team, including Coaches Ed Riche and Tom Gill, and players Avery Bristol, Keeron Cooper, Carlos Cueto, Leopold Diaw, Phil Duran, Ned Felton, Charles Ferguson, Rocky Halsey, Kiemon Hayward, Jerry Healy, Marc Koslowsky, Anthony Rizzo, Jason Roberts, and Korie Williams. 

The 124th Annual Dinner will take place in Spring, 2017.  Date TBA.
