Summer Camp
Looking for a fun outlet for young people during the summer that is safe, supervised and affordable? In addition to the after-school programs for which Boys & Girls Clubs is known, we offer full-day camps during the summer at each of our Clubs. Young people are involved in a variety of engaging programs under the supervision of adult professionals, including field trips to baseball games, water parks, museums and other local attractions.
Young Explorers
A summer program specifically designed for children, ages 5-9, will introduce them to various careers. Sessions will be complimented by field visits throughout the summer. Children will have the opportunity to participate in a myriad of club activities, special events, and field trips, but with the special Boys & Girls Club twist.
Young Enterprisers
A summer program for youth, ages 10-14, focuses on introducing them to the world of business, industry and commerce, while creating an awareness of traditional and emerging career opportunities. Experts from many fields will facilitate instructional and research sessions utilizing the Boys & Girls Club’s Technology Center. Sessions will be complemented by field visits throughout the summer.
