The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hudson County (BGCHC) offers transportation service during the afterschool and summer programs.
In Jersey City, we pick up registered members by school bus at P.S. 5, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 29, 30, 34, 37, 38, and 41 schools as well as Soaring Heights, Beloved, Dr. Lena Edwards, Jersey City Community, and Golden Door Charter Schools on a daily basis during the school year. Staff will pick up and walk children to the Club from #3, #4, #16 and Our Lady of Czestochowa (OLC) Schools.
- In our Hoboken Club, members are picked up at Connors School and walked to the Club. Our bus picks up from Mustard Seed, Wallace, and Brandt Schools.
- In Jersey City, staff will walk children to the Club from #3, #4, #16 and Our Lady of Czestochowa (OLC) Schools.
This service is a convenient opportunity for daytime working parents/guardians who need a safe and reliable way for their younger children to get from school to the Club.
BGCHC will transport youth home to designated drop stops from the Clubs during the afterschool program at 6:30pm and at 5:00pm during summer camp.
